Safe Environment was recently called to assist Tri-Tech Surveys on a high-stakes construction site where unexpected waste threatened to delay important setting-out work. The Job: Coordinated Site Preparation and Waste Removal
Our role was to thoroughly assess and remove various waste types, including non-hazardous construction debris, discarded equipment, and fly-tipped items. This task required a detailed initial survey to identify any contaminants and organize the removal process in line with Environment Agency regulations. Within hours, our team was on-site to manage the waste clearance efficiently, allowing Tri-Tech’s surveyors to get back to work on marking out the building footprint.
Once Safe Environment completed the waste removal, Tri-Tech’s team could take over. This coordination was crucial, as it meant that the construction phase could remain on schedule, ultimately allowing the client’s building plans to progress without costly delays.
