If the additional waste is minimal, we’ll handle it at no extra charge – because we’re just that nice. If there’s more waste than anticipated, we’ll reach out to provide an updated quote. You can approve it in seconds, and we’ll take care of the extra waste. Should we be unable to contact you, we’ll remove the agreed amount and follow up regarding the invoice. If needed, you can easily schedule a return visit online. Our teams always capture before-and-after photos to ensure full transparency.
Our Household Waste Removal handles all types of non-hazardous waste. This covers items such as furniture, white goods (except fridges), bagged general waste (excluding fecal matter or other clinical hazardous materials), garden waste, paint tins, wood, metal, plastics, and more.

We assess waste and aim to facilitate reuse through our supported charities. Our metal waste is sent to a recycling facility, where we receive payment for it, and all proceeds are donated to local charities at the end of the year.
We offer our wood waste to ‘Leeds Wood Recycling’, a charity that provides employment to individuals in need and transforms wood into new products for sale. The remaining waste is taken to one of our Environment Agency licensed transfer stations, each dedicated to recycling over 95% of the waste. In practice, this results in approximately 2% of the collected waste ending up in landfill.
