I booked to have a shed roof removed which had asbestos in it. All through the process, the people I spoke to at Safe Environment understood what I was asking... I share the roof with my next-door neighbour, so I wanted to be sure that access wouldn't be a problem and that the scope was understood from the beginning of the project. The quote we received was less than half that of a competitor so was honestly a relief to know it wasn't going to cost and arm and a leg. The workmen who arrived were very friendly and understood the perhaps slightly complicated setup straight away and weren't fazed, they got straight to work. The work was completed promptly, and they asked me questions as they arose. They arrived a little later than expected, but this wasn't an issue, and they communicated this change of plans in plenty of time. We're very happy with the result and would recommend Safe Environment to anyone.
